Once upon a time this was Yaesu's flagship product. Manufactured between 1982 and 1986 and sold for around £1500 at the time.
Mine has some ware to the volume legend and the meter lamps did not work, the carry handle was missing and it had the short feet on the front. I have since replaced the lamps, found a carry handle and the taller front feet.
Overall I am very pleased with it.
